There are definite adjustments to be made to make sure everyone stays safe. Below are some basic tips on how the process has changed. Connect with me to discuss what makes the most sense in your specific circumstances.
Seller’s Tips
Be honest about the way you feel. If sick, please let me know and I will have the buyer reschedule. Buyers are very aware of the situation and enjoy the honesty.
Place hand sanitizer, booties, and wipes outside the front door for buyers to use. If your front door is in the sun place just inside the door.
Open a few cabinets, all closets and pantries to eliminate the need to touch. Designate which door to use to view yard.
Before and after showings wipe down door knobs, stair railings and other likely touched areas
Buyer’s Tips
If you fill ill please reschedule your showing. You are entering a person’s home. Show respect to all.
Do not touch. The simplest method for this is to keep your hands in your pockets. Probably best to leave children at home.
Great memories and friendships have been made while touring clients. We will drive apart and look forward to the day we can be in the same car.
Bring sanitizer and sanitize your hands after every showing. Wash hands as soon as possible.
